当地时间1月20日中午12点，北京时间1月21日凌晨1点，美国总统就职仪式在华盛顿举行，唐纳德川普正式成为美国第45任总统。
在宣誓就职之后，川普发表了总统就职演说。
他在演讲中说，要把权力从政府归还到人民手中。
